The 3rd Franchise Salon, held on March 1, 2010, focused on passions, pleasure, traditional and modern values, ideas, visions, and their implementation. Peter Friese (Zum Schwarzen Kameel) and Josef Zotter (Zotter Schokoladen Manufaktur GmbH) gathered under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Istvan Horvath, Ambassador of the Republic of Hungary, for a conversation at Freygner Rechtsanwälte in Annagasse 6.
Another special guest was historian and author Dr. Ingrid Haslinger, who delivered an expert lecture on the k.u.k. era. Questions about building a franchise system were addressed by the host, Dr. Sylvia Freygner, an experienced specialist in all areas of franchising.
